Synopsis
Technological innovation, research and development (R & D) are currently based on statistical tools, which are structured not only to analyze, but also to scientifically support the development of new products or to optimize processes, as fundamental strategies in diversification or business expansion. Therefore, this book has been established from three perspectives, namely: strategic analysis for research and development; design of experiments focused on research and optimization of agricultural and agro-industrial processes; as well as strategic analysis of projects and foresight, which are designed for the reader to acquire the fundamental criteria and build basic tools of practical information, (and which can be) applied to different technology-based companies.
